First, We will discuss your needs and customize a search to find a physician or provider contractor for your practice. We will send you an agreement that defines our services and the hourly rate. We will then contact physician or provider to discuss your opportunity in detail. When a candidate expresses interest and matches your criteria, we will send you a CV and other details for review. While the contractor is working in your practice, they are required to complete a weekly timesheet that must be signed by a representative of your practice and sent to us every Monday morning of the following week. Your practice will receive an invoice bi-weekly.

Depending upon the specialty and location, we can assist you in negotiating a very reasonable hourly rate. The rate covers the physician or provider contractor’s professional fees, professional liability insurance, lodging and travel related expenses.
